Lazy Sunday: Olympics, Coffee and a Fritatta

I love, love, love Sunday's. Last week I tried to a new recipe from Martha.  It's her potato and onion fritatta with rosemary.  I had it with toasted sourdough, and it was pretty stellar.  Martha never leads me astray.
